I live alone in the east village. I can host people for a maximum of 2 nights and prefer solo travelers. I am willing to meet out couples to show them around the neighborhood. BUILDING: In The heart of the East Village, this New York apartment is located on the fifth floor of a pre-war building. There is no elevator. The front door is kept locked, and you need your own key to enter the building. A buzzer system exists at the entrance of the building. Laundry facilities are available on the same block. I have blankets, pillows and towels. I enjoy going out to bars and concerts. INTERIOR: Cozy, bright and spacious. The studio is nicely furnished. You enter in the living/dining area, where comfort is everywhere. A very comfortable leather sofa will allow you to watch TV with cable. An outgoing cable allows any device with a headphone output to play music. Wireless internet access is available. You can cook your own meals at home. The kitchen is open is comes fully equipped, with plenty of pots and pans.
