In the mountain villages, the fashion is quite limited. Many have just basic stained loincloths that they have wrapped around themselves. On their feet, they will have leather sandals or hard plastic shoes. To beat the cold, some may have an extra shawl or a woolen blanket around themselves. Most older folks will carry a stick, useful for walking and beating other intruders.

Among the youths in the city however, the picture is entirely different. While girls like to fashion their hair -- from braided, tied-up to even afro bunch -- and spot some tattoos on their faces and necks. The guys show off interesting T-shirts and jeans. T-shirts advertising their rap heroes -- eminem, 50-cent, D-12 seem to be most popular among the male teens. And a few outdated T-shirts including Leonardo DiCaprio's handsome mug from the movie Titanic, 101 Dalmatians, Chicago Bulls can still be spotted. A strange one is of a Japanese star (?) -- Yamasaki printed along with the year 2008 on it, along with the cutey T-shirts of punk babies.
