After spending another 5 days in Dublin (the week of December 3rd), I was able to go to a new place. First I had to fly to London, then the most convenient way of getting to Southhampton was by bus. The train didn't leave for another hour or so and the bus was leaving right away. So hopped on the bus for 16 pounds and went to the Univeristy of Southhampton to work for 3 days. Stayed in a really shitty hotel called the HighField House. for like 60 pound a night. My company said it was decent (it did have a resteruant but the menu was like the same 4 choices every night) because it was only a short walk from the university. Well I would have rathered taxi in and out everyday. I will never go back to that hotel willingly. So after working for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in Southhampton, I had to bus back to London to work at University College of London on Thursday. On the bus I sat next to a really nice woman from Lyon, France who is working in the South of England at a hotel. I actually watched a movie on my laptop with her (Forrest Gump) it was a great way to pass the time for the two hours+ trip. Then on Thursday I worked with the client all day and after work I, of course, went to see a Musical as usual. This time it was MAMMA MIA. Highly recommended. It was amazing how they incorporated each song from Abba into the story. It actually flowed very well. Then after the musical and a Kebab, I decided to walk the city and shoot it at night a bit. Took pictures of Trafalgar Sqaure, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the London Eye. The nice thing was that it was near Christmas so there were tons of Christmas decorations/trees up. So it added to the night photos. Friday morning, I flew off to Berlin for a weekend trip with my friend Dagmar who lives there.
