Trip - Gorilla Safari by safaris
Gorilla Safari Uganda, My Gorilla Trekking Experience

I was so stressed at work that i decided to fake some illness so as
to go for a safari to Africa. After some consultations, i decided to
take on a gorilla safari visit to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in
Uganda. Time spent with these glorious animals rewarded me with the
memory for a lifetime. My personal diary recounts..

Day 1 - 27th July 2009

Arrived at Entebbe airport, met by my guide from a Uganda safari company. After
a briefing head for Buhoma in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
arriving late in the afternoon.  Please note that the journey takes
10/11hrs. O/N: Gorilla Resort (FB).a fabulous gorilla safari lodge!

Day 2- 28th July 2009

Set out early for one of the world's greatest wildlife viewing
experiences. At 8.00am, report to the park offices, where the guides

will take you through a briefing and after take you through the
dense bush to track gorillas. This trek can take from two to eight
hours and requires a reasonable degree of fitness. Long trousers,
long-sleeved shirts, gloves, and a sturdy pair of walking boots are
advised. Once you locate the gorillas, you will have time to listen to
them communicating and marvel at the sheer size of the dominant male
and the gentle giant silverback. This trek is considered one of the
most unique in the world and it is the only opportunity to see mountain
gorillas in the wild. O/N: Gorilla Resort (FB).

Day 3- 29th July 2009

Early start for Kampala, retracing your steps through this green and
pleasant land. Picnic lunch en route. Arrive Kampala late afternoon and
continue to Entebbe for a return flight. (HB) . End of my Trip.

Other safaris to Africa include Kenya safari and Tanzania safari. I will keep you posted for my next vacation to Africa.
