DAY 1: TRANSFER TO VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK
Meet at the hotel in Kigali or at the airport, transfer to the city for a tour to genocide memorial museum before proceeding to Parc National des Volcans; home of gorillas. Settle in Mountain Gorilla View Lodge / Le bambou Gorilla Lodge as we wait for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: FIRST GORILLA TREK (VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK)
Early morning set off for gorilla tracking in Volcanoes National park. Gorilla Trekking through the light mountain forest of the Virunga is a wonderful life time experience. Sight and stay with these giant apes is one hour. Return to the Lodge for Lunch, take afternoon walk to nearby cultural villages. Some gorilla families however are elusive, and tracking can take a full day, especially when it is wet and muddy. Overnight at Mountain gorilla view lodge / Le bambou Gorilla Lodge.

DAY 3: SECOND GORILLA TREK
This is your opportunity to see gorillas the second time in Rwanda. You can visit the same or different gorilla family from the previous day. In the evening, we can take a walk to the beautiful twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo. All meals and overnight at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge / Le bambou Gorilla Lodge.

DAY 4: THIRD GORILLA TREK
Wake up early for another gorilla trek still in Rwanda. Overnight at Mountain gorilla view lodge / Le bambou Gorilla Lodge.

DAY 5: GOLDEN MONKEY TRACKING, LEAVE FOR KIGALI (2hrs)
Have breakfast at the hotel and proceed for another adventurous trek to visit golden monkeys in Virunga National Park. Retire for lunch and transfer back to Kigali where the tour ends.
