Well everyone, I'd like to write you magnificent stories about Bangkok and all of the temples and wats that I have visited in the four days that I have been here. But alas, I have yet to leave Khao San Road. Yup, that's right I have sequestered myself in the land of the backpackers and forced myself to endure facials, Swedish massages and excessive consumption of grilled seafood. It's terrible I tell you! Eating green curry and as much prawn as you can tolerate is really rather arduous, let me tell you!

Our plan is to go to a temple tomorrow. But then, we said that yesterday we'd go as well. That was before we went out dancing until 8am. So, we'll just have to play it by ear -- can't plan too far ahead after all. I'll keep you posted on the terrible life I'm living here in Thailand! I'm sure I will get tired of it soon enough and be able to sit down and write a more informative travelogue...but right now I'm off for another Sangsome and coke!
