Mom & Dad came to visit me while I was staying in Salt Lake. We took a day & drove down with Jackson. We went through Arches & then spent the night in Moab. It was great! I ran into Carl & we got to eat at their great restaurant Desert Bistro. If you are ever going to Moab - you have to eat there! He was the chef at the Alta Peruvian Ski Lodge in Alta, Ut & can cook up a storm! The hotel we stayed in - The Gonzo Inn- was great too! Kinda desert art deco...
